These terms and conditions govern the use of the New Zealand Memories online web shop.

All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$)
 Prices may increase or decrease from time to time. Prices shown at the time of purchase are the prices you will pay and include GST (15% sales tax). Delivery charges, postage, courier and shipping costs may be added to each order. Payment is to be made in New Zealand currency.

When you place an order, we will send you a confirmation email of the order including all costs.
 Delivery usually takes 3 - 5 days from receipt of order.

When making purchases you will be directed to a secure webpage hosted by ANZ eGate™ to enter your payment details. All credit card information is processed by ANZ eGate™. Henslow Holdings Limited does not store or collect any credit card information.

Goods are at our risk until delivered to the address given for your purchase, we are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address.

 Please choose carefully as we do not refund if you change your mind.

If you discover any defect in your product, you may return the item in new condition within 14 days of delivery for a replacement. If a replacement is not available we may at our discretion provide a refund. You will be notified by email of the status of replacement.

Once processed, subscriptions are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Cancellation of orders cannot be accepted during the term of a subscription.

Replacements or refunds do not cover faults arising from:
Normal wear and tear
changes to the original item
Damage caused by perfume, hairspray, chlorine,
water or other agents

For any claim to be made the item must be sent to: New Zealand Memories, PO Box 17288, Green Lane, Auckland 1546

 We collect personal information about you, such as your full name, the recipients full name, email address, delivery address, contact phone numbers to provide you with a product or service as requested by you. We do not share this information with any other 3rd party.

 

Any changes to this policy will be posted on the website

Steam sawmill operating twice daily and sheep shearing four times daily.
